Instructions, in your words
Write each line the way you'd say it to the students in the room. The character limit keeps the handout on one page.
Side two (optional)
Students tick one on side one first. Side two comes after that, so the card still starts with the student, not with you. Use your Institution Lens Map from Module 2 (the six lenses mapped to your institution).
Print it
Something is too long to fit on one page. Shorten the lines marked in orange, then print.
In the print window, choose Save as PDF or your printer, set paper to A4, and turn off Headers and footers. It prints fine in black and white.
With side two on, you get two pages. Print two-sided to put it on the back, or print it separately and hand it out after students have ticked side one.
